  • Operator — a state body, a municipal body, a legal entity or an individual, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
  • Personal data — any information related to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable User of the Site;
  • User — any visitor to the Site;
  • Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
  • Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;
  • Destruction of personal data — any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. Categories of personal data processing

Important: This application does not collect or process personal data of users in accordance with the definition given in Federal Law 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The application does not collect, store, or process the following categories of personal data:

  • Email addresses;
  • Last name, first name, patronymic;
  • Phone numbers;
  • Postal addresses;
  • Passport details;
  • Other personal data that allows identification of an individual.

The application uses only the technical data necessary for the system to function:

  • Login (a random string not associated with the user's identity);
  • Password (hashed value);
  • Mnemonic phrases for two-factor authentication (stored in encrypted form);
  • Referral code (random number);
  • Technical session data (session cookies).

The specified technical data does not allow identification of a specific individual and is not personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152.

4. Purposes of data processing

Technical data is processed exclusively for:

  • Ensuring the functioning of the authentication system;
  • Ensuring user safety;
  • Providing access to application functionality;

5. Methods and terms of data processing

Technical data is processed in an automated manner using computer technology.

Data processing is limited to the lifetime of the user account. When an account is deleted, all associated technical data is permanently deleted.

Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

The operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to data.

9. Cross-border data transfer

The operator does not transfer data across borders during the processing process.

10. Final Provisions

The User may obtain any clarification on any questions of interest regarding data processing by contacting the Operator.

Users can update, change, or delete the data they have provided by deleting their account. For technical reasons, information may not be deleted immediately, but rather with a delay. Please also note that some information may be retained to the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect legitimate interests.

This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's data processing policy. This policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
