Industrial-Grade Autonomy Layer

Innovative products and technologies for investors and partners

1

Problem

Modern humanoid and service robots possess advanced mechanics and perception, but lack a mature level of autonomy for industrial applications. Key limitations:

  • Low resistance to edge cases
  • Weak error recovery logic
  • Lack of production-grade orchestration
  • Difficulty of integration into the enterprise environment

The market requires a robust autonomy layer capable of delivering >95% operational success in repeatable tasks.

2

Solution

Development of a universal Autonomy Core—a software layer running on top of the standard robotics infrastructure that provides:

  • Hierarchical task scheduling
  • Reactive behavior in a dynamic environment
  • Failure management and safe states
  • Contextual model of the world
  • Integration with corporate systems

The product is positioned as:

  • Licensed module for robot manufacturers
  • Vertical solution for specific industries
  • The basis of the Robotics-as-a-Service model
3

Target markets

The initial focus is on standardized environments with high repeatability of operations:

Laboratory automation
Industrial fluid handling
Warehouse manipulations

Implementation stages (18–24 months)

Phase 1 (0–6 months) Architectural core Completed
  • Layered autonomy architecture designed
  • A basic orchestration engine has been developed
  • Integration with the simulation environment has been completed
  • A stable scenario has been demonstrated in a controlled environment
  • The D'Elite VisionGuard perception module has been tested on real cameras: stable stereo mode, consistent distance estimation, and fail-safe failure in the event of video loss.

Result: Functional prototype in simulation and hardware-validated target data source for the autonomous circuit.

Phase 2 (6–12 months) Production Hardening Current
  • Implementation of a failure handling mechanism
  • Reliability Metrics and Monitoring
  • Connecting VisionGuard to an autonomous circuit: transmitting target coordinates and sensor status
  • Integration with a real robotic platform
  • Pilot scenario in an industrial environment

Result: Alpha version for the pilot client.

Phase 3 (12–18 months) Commercial validation Plan
  • Optimizing stability
  • API for integration with ERP/MES
  • Preparing a licensing model

Result: Revenue-generating pilot.

Phase 4 (18–24 months) Scaling Plan
  • Multi-robot orchestration support
  • Cloud monitoring and telemetry
  • Transition to SaaS/RaaS model

Result: A commercial product with repeatable unit economics.

5

Competitive advantage

  • Focus on runtime reliability, not demo scenarios
  • Independence from a specific robot manufacturer
  • Modular architecture scalable across industries
  • Possibility of licensing for equipment manufacturers
6

Potential

The project aims to create a fundamental autonomy layer that will become a mandatory component of industrial applications of humanoid and service robots in the next 5–10 years.

Stage

Phase 1 is closed - Production Hardening is in progress

Phase 2

Phase 1 is complete. The core software core is assembled and fully operational—from script execution to a clear result; the system detects common errors and correctly continues or stops execution; the command exchange protocol between modules is fixed, and a reproducible demo in a simulation is ready. Testing D'Elite VisionGuard on real cameras has shown that the computer vision module is already finding the target, estimating the distance, and transmitting this data—"what the system sees" for the autonomous cycle has been confirmed on hardware, not just in simulation. Phase 2 is currently underway: failure handling, reliability metrics, connecting VisionGuard to the autonomy core, and transitioning to a real robotic platform.
